To Silicon Valley on board of a Dreamliner
San Jose is the capital of the Silicon Valley, world’s most known center for hi- tech industry and home to headquarters of many iconic brands, amongst them Google, Adobe, Intel, Apple, eBay and Cisco. The aircraft destined to operate the route to San Jose is a state of the art one, too. British Airways assigned one of its top aircrafts, Boeing 787-9, the Dreamliner to operate the route to San Jose. The Dreamliner offers passengers to California possibility to travel in the First Class Cabin which provides a unique in-flight experience. The futuristic design of the cabin aims for extra comfort during long-haul flights offering the lie-flat bed with anatomical mattress, an adjustable footstool and large storage space.
The cutting edge technologies applied - amongst them the 23-inch in-flight touch-screen monitor, a Wi-Fi connectivity and the dynamic LED lighting which adjust to the time of the day to diminish the effect of the jetlag - will be particularly appealing to the tech-savvy travellers (possible business people on the way to the Silicon Valley).
Apart from the total of 8 first class seats, there are 42 business class seats in Boeing 787-9, 39 premium economy seats and 127 economy seats.
