Poland’s third busiest airport, Gdansk (GDN), officially known as Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport, was chosen to become Ryanair’s third Polish base: from October 2014 the airport will be hosting one aircraft of the Irish carrier.

The number of Ryanair destinations from Gdansk Airport has been constantly growing ever since march 2014 when the first route from Gdansk to Warsaw-Modlin was launched. By September 2014 Rynanair was operating over 94 weekly flights from Gdansk.
