Cartrawler - cancellation of Cartrawler car hire bookings

Please use the link below for cancelling your Cartrawler car hire booking made through www.find-cheap-car-hire.co.uk (this homepage).

Please note the following when carrying out a cancellation of your car hire with Cartrawler:

• Cancellation should always be done to Cartrawler directly
  (not to the supplying car hire company)
• Cancellation can be made online or by phone directly to Cartrawler +353 238883009 (English speaking)
• Any cancellation should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup of your hire car – the scheduled pickup time can be found in your car hire voucher from Cartrawler.

Fees for cancelling Cartrawler car hire bookings
The fee structure below covers the most common charges when a cancellation of a Cartrawler car hire booking takes place:

• If you cancel Cartrawler car hire booking up to 24 hours prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded in full. You will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the pick-up, a EUR 50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. If your payment at booking was less than EUR 50, no refund will be made.

• For all the above situations, if you cancel or change your booking made with a credit card, Cartrawler is not liable for any fluctuation in exchange rate that may have occurred and may have resulted in a loss. Cartrawler will not refund any costs resulting from differences in exchange rates.
• Cartrawler is not liable for and will not refund any other credit card fees that may occur
